As we seek God during this unprecedented time, we hope you will continue with us to storm heaven with pleas for the world. We are encouraged by the participation of many intercessors across our diocese. And thank you for sharing these prayer requests with your churches so others may pray.
It is with great hope that many of our churches are moving towards recovery from this pandemic, yet in many places in our world there is a dramatic increase in COVID cases.
Pray for ongoing grassroots efforts to reduce the spread and get urgent medical care to those who need it. Pray for God's comfort for all who are afraid or grieving. Please also pray against the traffickers and slave holders who may try to exploit this crisis to abuse and exploit people in poverty. Pray for provisions for the poor who are challenged daily to feed their families.
Lord, hear our prayer.
